I also work long hours about 4 times a week during the day or 4 nights a week depending on my rota if not convinient for aupair / nanny / babysitter my rota can be changed to just nights or long days permanently.

The nanny / babysitter / aupair will be free some weekends depending on the rota will be working with as my son is at school from 8.45am to 3.30pm. So we will discuss that but definately she can be on all weekends.
